CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER: QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES

Delegation

To the extent permitted by law, the College President may delegate responsibilities to other employees of the College District but shall remain accountable to the Board for the performance of all duties, delegated or otherwise.

The President of the College is responsible for reviewing and updating this policy. Policy reviews are made in accordance with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness Policy Tracking document.
