TUITION AND FEES: RESIDENCY
The College President or designee shall designate a residence determination official for the College District. The legal residence of each applicant, for tuition purposes, shall be determined by the residence determination official in accordance with procedures adopted for that purpose to comply with state law.
The Executive Director of Student Affairs is responsible for reviewing and updating this policy. Policy reviews are made in accordance with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness Policy Tracking document.
