SITE MANAGEMENT: MAIL AND DELIVERY
SECTION ONE: MAIL
1.01 Mail will be delivered to offices daily during normal business hours when the College is open. School administrative assistants will sort mail to appropriate instructor mailboxes in the School offices. If an administrative assistant is not available at the time of delivery, the mail will be left in the School office unless other instructions are received.
1.02 The College District mail and delivery service should not be used for personal purposes, excluding dorm residents. Personal items should not be mailed with postage having been paid by the College District.
1.03 Outgoing mail will be picked up and returned to the mail room office.
The Vice President of Business Affairs is responsible for reviewing and updating this policy regulation. Policy reviews are made in accordance with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness Policy Tracking document.
